Just because someone is "standing next to Trump" means absolutely nothing. Trump is being stampeded into doing everything that he can to lessen his chances at re-election.

I doubt you have lived your entire life, without a lot of reliance on "experts."

As a licensed real estate broker. I must follow established practices. One would be obtaining a licensed appraisal. I review them, since I know it is my obligation to do so.

In the final analysis the lender, the buyer, the seller, all rely on the "experts" all obligated to protect their fiduciary responsibilites.

It is "the system."

BTW Gen. Eisenhower's guiding philosophy was to "minimize loss of Americn lives."

I do believe that is the job of a President.

I don't need to trust the engineers as I regularly inspect and maintain the brake system, and many other systems, regularly. Been doing it since I was 16 years old.

And no, I don't follow any doctor's advice, I stopped using the entire medical system in 2008, and have never been healthier.... no visits, no tests, no prescriptions... nothing... and there is a lot more value to the "alt med" that you ignorantly deride.... did you watch the Periscope video on the immune system posted here: MIT biologist says fear mongering on coronavirus will go down as biggest fraud to manipulate economies ? Tell me where he is wrong.

What happens when the appraisal is clearly out of whack? You just accept it at face value? You've never appealed an appraisal either formally or informally by showing them your own comps and how you determined the list price? You just blindly accept the word of the "expert?" How about home inspections? Do you just blindly accept the report of the home inspector? You never challenge anything on behalf of your Seller? I suspect not.

The President's job can be distilled into upholding and protecting the Constitution of the United States. Minimizing the loss of American lives is not a central element of that. And again, don't you understand that citing what you perceive to be authorities (BTW Gen. Eisenhower's guiding philosophy was to "minimize loss of Americn lives.") is lazily leaning on the logical fallacy of the appeal to authority.

Why don't you tell us in your own words (i.e., not what some "authority" figure says) why you believe that Trump's main duty is to minimize the cost of American lives? I made a quick outline of why it is not here.
