I guess I am confused after reading and rereading this.

Is this good or bad?

It is reasonable to concur where Conscience does not forbid a Compliance; for Conformity is at least a Civil Virtue.
But we should only press it in Necessaries, the rest may prove a Snare and Temptation to break Society.
But above all, it is a Weakness in Religion and Government, where it is carried to Things of an Indifferent Nature, since besides that it makes Way for Scruples, Liberty is always the Price of it....William Penn

IMHO SCOTUS just dropped a huge turd in the Pennsylvania Secretary of State's punch bowl. Not sure SHE has figured that out yet however. @Isailedaway

I do hope this is the Pennsylvania SC that did this and not the US

It was the US @Isailedaway Why they refused to take this up in November of 2020 is quite a mystery.

Apparently it doesn't matter what the court said because Pennsylvania is going to do what they want regardless.
