The Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday tied on a vote to recommend Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to be an associate Supreme Court justice, but Senate Democrats are expected to use a procedural motion to move her confirmation forward.

The vote went along party lines at 11-11.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., will move to discharge the nomination. A majority of senators will need to vote in support of the move to break the deadlock.

Her nomination is expected to move forward after that point, she will likely face a confirmation vote by the end of this week.-- excerpt, rest at link above --

Colins, Murkowski, and Romney have said they will vote to confirm. She's in whether you like it or not.

How can he possibly justify approving such a blatantly permissive pedophile criminal lover?

He can't! And I can tell you that the leadership of the Church of which he is a member is not pleased with his performance. Unfortunately, they are very likely to never say a word about it publicly.
