Radio icon Don Imus — a New York institution for decades at WNBC and WFAN — is dead at 79, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The veteran shock jock had reportedly been hospitalized since Christmas Eve. He died at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center in College Station, Texas on Friday the report said.
